My Approach

Integrative Psychotherapy is a flexible and personalised approach to therapy that combines different methods and techniques to facilitate your body's innate healing response and help you resolve trauma and dis-ease.

Trauma is the quintessential mind-body-spirit dis-ease. It impacts our emotional health, creates disruption in the body, and can eventually manifest as chronic illness. True healing requires us to address these elements together—not in isolation.

In my practice, I aim to create a holistic and personally tailored approach that draws from a variety of modalities:

  • Process Oriented Psychology

  • Somatic Therapy

  • Polyvagal Theory

  • Internal Family Systems

  • Attachment Theory

  • Quantum Biology

  • Metabolic Psychiatry

  • Psychoneuroimmunology

Above all, I provide a trauma informed, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe, seen and supported as you move through your healing journey.

How I work

Process-Oriented Psychology

Process-oriented psychology offers a unique, non-pathologising approach to working with the challenges in our lives. Through the cultivation of awareness we can begin to find meaning and understanding for the full spectrum of the human experience. Process Work integrates principles from Jungian psychology, quantum physics, Taoism, somatic therapies, alchemy, and indigenous healing approaches to explore the body-mind connection, relationships, and our connections with society and culture. Everyday disturbances, illnesses, body sensations, dreams, and even traumatic experiences can be unfolded to reveal inner wisdom, strength, insights, and innate capacities that can help us to live more fully in each moment.

Quantum Lifestyle Strategies & Coaching

Trauma overwhelms the body’s stress response, energy management, and circadian systems, disrupting communication between your cells, brain, and body. You are not broken. Your body was just trying to protect you under overwhelming circumstances. To heal, however, it is essential to incorporate quantum lifestyle strategies that restore communication within the body. This includes working with natural light exposure to reset circadian rhythms, optimising hydration to support cellular energy and coherence, and aligning with the Earth's magnetic fields to ground and stabilise the nervous system. When we reconnect with nature's rhythms and support the body's energetic needs, we create the conditions for deep, sustainable healing.

Somatic Therapies for Body-Mind Connection

Trauma is NOT the event itself. It's what happens inside your body in response to the event. In order to dissolve old patterns it is crucial to address the feelings and sensations that are held in the body, giving them the opportunity to emerge, be expressed, and resolve. Through a gentle, body-centered approach, we’ll explore how your physical sensations, emotions, and past experiences are deeply connected. Together, we’ll release stored tension and trauma, helping you feel more grounded, present, and in tune with yourself. Somatic therapies allow us to slow down, listen, and follow the innate wisdom of the body, so that emotions, thoughts, and beliefs can naturally shift, promoting deeper healing and balance.

Nutritional Guidance & Natural Medicine

Psychoneuroimmunology explores the powerful connection between our physical and psychological processes. The constant two-way communication between body and mind means that our thoughts can impact our biology, just as our physical state—like gut health or inflammation—can influence our mental and emotional well-being. This explains how unresolved trauma and chronic stress often manifest as illness in the body. As a holistic practitioner, I offer practical guidance on using nutrition, plant medicine, and natural remedies to support this mind-body connection. Together, we’ll explore how nourishing your body can support emotional balance, and create personalised strategies to enhance both your mental and physical wellbeing.
