Service Description
Your Initial Consultation includes an in-depth health and medical history assessment, diet and lifestyle review, and wellness goal setting. I work with you to devise an individualised Treatment Protocol, which may include cannabinoid formulas, herbal blends, nutritional supplementation, dietary and lifestyle suggestions. This approach aims to address your current symptoms, while also considering strategies to address the underlying causes of your health concerns and achieving long-term health and vitality.
Terms of Service
When you make an appointment, you are entering into an agreement of mutual respect, understanding, and integrity. Terms of Service: I have a firm 24 hour cancellation / rescheduling policy. If you cancel or reschedule a session with less than 24 hours notice or do not show or do not show up to a session, you are responsible for paying a fee equal to the the full agreed upon rate of the session. For any cancellations or reschedules made with more than 24-hours notice, no payment will be required. Late Arrivals: If you are late for a session, we will begin the session when you arrive and the session will end as per the scheduled finish time (sessions cannot be extended past the finish time unless previously agreed upon).
